Congratulations to Trish Stenger on being nominated for the 2015 Assistant Program Director Award at the HealthCare Service Excellence Conference.
Whare are the qualifications for the Assistant Program Director award? Outstanding support for the Program Director while keeping the vision of excellence alive.
Trish has been our CPC for three years and has grown in her role while learning and leading the initiative. Trish has mentored, coached and led three groups of Service Excellence Advisors helping two to become active, engaged Service Excellence Ambassadors in our center. Since taking on the responsibilities of CPC, Trish has been a positive influence on each of them by allowing them to express their ideas and helping them take ownership of the changes they want to make within our center. In many ways, Trish is the bridge that brings the leadership and frontline staff together to help our center accomplish our mission.
The HealthCare Summit Awards are a North American wide recognition program established and managed by the HealthCare Service Excellence Conference on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona.
