I hope you are doing well and are enjoying this fall season. As we move into the upcoming holiday season, I wanted to take a moment to advise you of an upcoming change in staffing at Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center. Effective November 1, 2022, we will have a new Medical Director at the Center, Hammad Hafeez, M.D. Dr. Hafeez is affiliated with Mary Washington Medical Group and is an experienced Medical Director who has a passion for nursing center patients. We are excited about our partnership with Mary Washington and hope that you will experience the same excitement as you get to know Dr. Hafeez. Dr. Hafeez and other physicians and nurse practitioners affiliated with Mary Washington Medical Group will provide medical services at the Center moving forward as Dr. Harrington transitions to other opportunities.
