Dear Patients and Families:

The Center continues its efforts to decrease the risk of serious illness and hospitalization risks to our patients due to the spread of communicable diseases from the community, such as influenza, norovirus (stomach flu), RSV, and COVID; therefore, the Center asks that visitors sign-in at the Wellness Kiosk located in the reception area of the Center.
