New Visitation Procedures Effective 9.30.22 Effective immediately, visitors are no longer required to stop at the kiosk/front desk area to answer COVID-19 screening questions. Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center has had previous outbreaks of COVID-19. With the first positive result being reported on May 24, 2020.
