The Center continues its efforts to decrease the risk of serious illness and hospitalization risks to our patients.

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center has had previous outbreaks of COVID-19. With the first positive result being reported on May 24, 2020.

Beginning July 25, 2022, the Center will provide notification each day when there is a new positive result by posting it to our website only.
