Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 16 patients and 4 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. A hot unit has been created and all 16 patients are now located within that established unit. Each of the staff members will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met.

Outbreak testing will continue until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Visitation will continue to be available.
