Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 3 additional patients have tested positive for COVID-19 during outbreak that was conducted testing this morning. Each of these patients has now been relocated to the “hot unit.”

Visitation remains temporarily suspended for patients located on the rehab unit.
