Dear Patients & Families:

I am writing to share news that 4 additional patients have tested positive for COVID-19 during outbreak testing. All 4 patients have been relocated to the “hot unit” in the Center. We will continue to closely monitor all patients and conduct outbreak testing for patients on the rehab unit.

Visitation for patients located on the rehab unit remains temporarily suspended at this time.
