Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient and staff member have both tested positive for COVID-19. The staff member will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met. We will continue outbreak testing until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Visitation remains open.
