Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that two additional patients have tested positive for COVID-19 as part of outbreak testing today. Both patients were vaccinated and have been relocated to the “hot unit.” We will continue testing patients located on the rehab unit every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive result.

Visitation for patients located on the rehab unit remains temporarily suspended.
