Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that an additional patient has tested positive for COVID-19. This patient has been relocated to the “hot unit.”  We continue to monitor all patients very closely and will continue outbreak testing for patients located on the rehab unit until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.

Visitation remains temporarily suspended for patients located on the rehab unit.
