Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met. The staff member last worked in the Center on September 24, 2021, and the local Health Department does not consider the Center to be in an outbreak. Visitation may continue as normal.
