This month, we want to introduce Melodie Fisher, CNA.
Q. What’s your favorite season?
A. Fall! I love the leaves changing colors, the weather cooling down, and everything spooky!
Q. What’s your favorite restaurant?
A. Anywhere that serves good crab legs!
Q. What’s your favorite color?
A. Spa green, it’s similar to Aqua.
Q. What famous person would you most like to meet?
A. That’s a difficult one, but I would have to say, Jim Carrey. He is one of my all-time favorite actors and his movies never fail to make me laugh.
Q. What inspires you the most?
A. What inspires me the most is the people around me-my family, friends, co-workers, and even residents inspire me to do better and continue to strive every day.
Q. What is your go-to movie or TV Show?
A. “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia”
Q. What is the best advice you have ever been given?
A. “Always count your blessings.” My grandma has told me this since I was young. No matter how crazy, chaotic, or overwhelming life can get, there is ALWAYS something to be thankful for.
Q. What makes Carriage Hill a special place to work?
A. Carriage Hill has been a special place for me to work because of the people, from co-workers to the residents. We are a family. I moved here from another state and started working at Carriage Hill 2 weeks later; I have always felt at home and proud to be part of an amazing team. Everyone there has helped with transitioning into a new state tremendously.
