Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news of a leadership change at Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center. Osman “Ozzie” Lambiro is no longer with the Center. We greatly appreciate Ozzie’s leadership over the past 18 months as Administrator, and we wish him well in his future endeavors.

Effective immediately, I will be serving as Interim Administrator for the Center with the assistance of Assistant Administrator, Adham Hasan. Adham joined the Center 15 months ago, and will be expanding his role over the next several weeks. We look forward to working more closely with each of you.
