We hope everyone had a nice Mother’s Day weekend. This week we celebrated National Skilled Nursing Care Week at the Center. In typical fashion, the week was filled with fun activities, festive treats and celebrations throughout the week. Having undergone the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic for more than a year now, we are excited to celebrate this special week with patients, staff and visitors.

County Positivity Rate:  Increased to 8.6%.
Testing Frequency for Staff and Patients: Unvaccinated staff are tested weekly based on county positivity rate. Patients and staff may be tested as needed based on symptoms, exposure, or during an outbreak.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff receive ongoing education on appropriate PPE utilization.
