**COVID-19 Update**
November 3rd, 2021

We hope that November is starting off well for you. The Center is currently in an outbreak. We will provide notification of additional positive results by text message and email.

CDC County Community Transmission Level: High
Testing: While in an outbreak, patients of the rehab unit will be tested every 3-7 days until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result. Staff members are tested twice weekly.
PPE: The supply remains adequate. Staff have received education on appropriate PPE utilization.
Visitation: Visitation is temporarily suspended for any patient who tests positive for COVID-19, with the exception of compassionate care visits. To schedule a visit, click this link: https://carriagehill-rehab.com/patient-visitations/.
